Logo Design Service Workflow & Terms
1. Kick-off Meeting
A 30–60 minute online meeting will be scheduled to understand your brand, business goals, and logo requirements, and to finalize the design direction.
2. Initial Logo Concepts Delivery
Delivery Timeline:
Initial logo concepts will be delivered within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Concepts:
You will receive 2 original, custom-designed logo concepts, created specifically for your brand.
Preview Format:
Logo concepts will be shared in a watermarked preview format for review and feedback purposes.
Final, non-watermarked files will be delivered only after concept approval and completion of revisions.
3. Revision Process
Includes 2 minor revisions
No full redesigns are included
Revision requests must be shared within 24 business hours of receiving the initial concepts
Revisions may slightly extend the overall delivery timeline
4. Updated Logo Review
After revisions are completed, a second online review session will be scheduled to present the updated logo.
5. Final Logo Delivery
Once the logo is finalized, the following high-quality files (without watermark) will be delivered:

6. Project Completion
The project will be considered complete once the final files are delivered via email or WhatsApp and approved by the client.

If the initial 2 logo concepts are not delivered within the promised timeline, a full refund will be issued.
Once initial concepts are delivered, revision requests or client-requested changes are not eligible for a full refund.
