Prices are all inclusive of all taxes.

Logo Design Service Workflow:

1. Kick-off Meeting
A 30-60 minute online session will be scheduled to discuss your brand and logo requirements, and to clarify the design direction.

2. Initial Logo Concepts Delivery
Delivery timeline: 2-3 business days for initial concepts.
2 original logo concepts will be created and presented in an Online Logo Review Session.
Concepts will be shared with watermark for privacy reason.

3. Revision Process
Includes 2 minor revisions - no full redesign.
Requested changes must be communicated within 24 working hours of receiving initial concepts.
Revisions may slightly extend delivery time.

4. Updated Logo Review
After revisions, a second online session will be scheduled to present the updated logo concepts.

5. Final Logo Delivery
Once the logo is finalized, all high-quality source files will be delivered without watermark (.cdr | .eps | .jpeg | .png | .pdf).

6. Project Completion
Project is considered complete after delivery of final files via email or WhatsApp and approval from the client.

Refund Policy for Logo Design Service :

1. If the initial 2 logo concepts are not delivered by the promised deadline, your full payment will be refunded.

2. Revisions or client-requested changes after receiving initial concepts are not eligible for a full refund.

3. If the initial concepts are not satisfactory, 50% of the payment will be refunded, the remaining 50% is retained by us to cover the time, effort, and professional resources spent creating the initial concepts.
